  • 1.准备好原材料;
  • 2.腐竹放入冷水锅中焯煮, 加入适量的盐, 至九成熟, 捞出切成小段;

  • 4. 翻炒几下后加入水芹菜段进去翻炒;
  • 5.芹菜翻炒变色后加入焯好的腐竹进去翻炒;
  • 6. 翻炒几下后加入适量的盐调味即可盛入盘中。
