  • 1.将芦笋去老根,洗净备用
  • 2.煎好的培根切片备用
  • 3.芦笋切小段
  • 4.准备好蒜蓉
  • 5.炒锅内放入水烧开,滴一滴香油。
  • 6.放入芦笋氽烫片刻,即可捞出
  • 7.热锅凉油,油热后放入蒜蓉炒香
  • 8.放入培根,翻炒出油
  • 9.最后加入汆烫好的芦笋,中火翻炒两三分钟。关火,加盐后拌匀即可。
  • 10.盛出食用。
