Steps to make 烤秋刀鱼

  • 1.秋刀鱼去掉鱼鳃和内脏,用水冲洗干净
  • 2.沥干水分,用菜刀打上花刀
  • 3.全部打好放入烤盘
  • 4.一量勺的盐加入1瓷勺的料酒里,拌匀至盐融化,
  • 5.用手细细抹上盐酒,肚子里也要抹上,抹好后腌制20分钟
  • 6.胡椒粉和辣椒粉混合,均匀抹上鱼的两面,烤箱200预热,鱼盘放进烤箱中层烤制25分钟
  • 7.出炉后在鱼身上均匀滴上几滴柠檬汁即可
