香菇虾皮粉
今天中午回家先把虾皮、香菇洗净后,用烤箱低温烘干晾凉,晚上回来用破壁机研磨,健康美味的香菇虾皮粉完成!真的鲜呀!

  • 1.超市买回的袋装虾皮,有咸味的
  • 2.把虾皮用水加一点点料酒浸泡一会,捞出挤干水,换水再浸泡一次
  • 3.再捞出挤干水
  • 4.准备好的干香菇,用温水洗去外面的灰尘,不要浸泡太久,不然再烘干会很久
  • 5.剪成小块
  • 6.把香菇和虾皮放进烤盘
  • 7.进烤箱中层,上下火,100度,烤2小时
  • 8.直到用手摸上去很干发脆的为止取出后放凉备用
  • 9.把料理杯安装在底座上,倒入烤过的香菇和虾皮
  • 10.扳下开关键,开始研磨;可以清楚看到从一开始的粗粒状到最后的粉末状
