香菇是世界第二大食用菌,也是我国特产之一,在民间素有“山珍”之称。它是一种生长在木材上的真菌。味道鲜美,香气沁人,营养丰富,素有“植物皇后”美誉。香菇富含维生素B群、铁、钾、维生素D原(经日晒后转成维生素D)、味甘,性平。主治食欲减退,少气乏力。
猪肉性味甘咸平,含有丰富的蛋白质及矿物元素等营养成分。猪肉具有补虚强身,滋阴润燥、丰肌泽肤的作用。

Steps to make 香菇酿肉

  • 1.食材准备
  • 2.将香菇洗干净,柄头摘下来,
  • 3.将香菇柄切碎,与肉末一起,加入盐、生粉
  • 4.加入适量的酱油、料酒
  • 5.加入胡椒粉,蚝油拌均匀
  • 6.将腌好味的肉末酿到香菇中,放上泡好的枸杞子,
  • 7.水开后,放入蒸锅蒸12-15分钟,根据香菇大小增减蒸的时间。
  • 8.把蒸香菇的汤和剩下的香菇水一起倒入锅里,加少许盐,油煮开,勾薄芡淋在香菇上即可。
