水果派蛋糕
一份水果派蛋糕,一份小小的甜蜜。

  • 细砂糖15克
  • 玉米油8克
  • 牛奶12克
  • 淡奶油50克
  • 糖粉5克
  • 糖粉适量(撒表面)

Steps to make 水果派蛋糕

  • 1.首先,加入玉米油和牛奶搅拌至乳化。
  • 2.筛入低筋面粉用手动打蛋器画“Z”字形搅拌均匀。
  • 3.加入蛋黄同样画“Z”字形搅拌均匀。
  • 4.蛋白加几滴白醋,由于量比较少细砂糖是一次性加入,打发至尖角状态。
  • 5.取三分之一蛋白糊加入到蛋黄糊中翻拌均匀。
  • 6.再与剩下的三分之二蛋白糊混合翻拌均匀。
  • 7.把蛋糕糊倒入阳晨中国红5寸菊花派盘模具中,震几下,把大气泡震出来。烤箱160度预热10分钟后放入,烤25分钟。
  • 8.淡奶油加入糖粉打发。
  • 9.出炉倒扣在晾网上,凉透,在蛋糕上挤上奶油。
  • 10.用小抹刀轻轻抹平。
  • 11.摆放好喜欢的水果。
  • 12.上面撒一层糖粉就完成了。
