香菇油菜
这是道非常非常家常的菜,清淡可口,既营养又健康,我是百吃不厌!
前段时间感冒没食欲,尽吃香菇油菜再加个西红柿做成卤的汤面了,吃完感觉超爽!

    Steps to make 香菇油菜

    • 1.洗好的油菜!油菜不好油,可以先用淘米水泡15-20分钟,然后再仔细摘洗干净
    • 2.洗好的香菇(可以先用水泡一会儿再洗,有的香菇里会藏沙子,一定要注意)
    • 3.香菇切成切备用(不要太细)
    • 4.先处理油菜,锅里放水,水开后放入适量的盐
    • 5.把油菜放进去焯一两分钟稍软就可以捞了
    • 6.小心用筷子捞出摆入盘中
    • 7.锅里放油,用葱花儿爆香
    • 8.下入香菇翻炒
    • 9.加入适量酱油翻炒
    • 10.下入适量的盐、花椒面、鸡精翻炒均匀
    • 11.继续翻炒一两分钟就可以了
