简单下午茶:肉桂烤香蕉

  • 蜂蜜10g
  • 葡萄干15g
  • 肉桂粉10ml

Steps to make 简单下午茶:肉桂烤香蕉

  • 1.葡萄干用锐澳鸡尾酒浸泡10分钟;
  • 2.香蕉备好,不要太生,也不要太熟;
  • 3.将香蕉的顶上的皮剥掉,底部的留着;
  • 4.用水果刀给香蕉分段,不用切到底;
  • 5.将香蕉放进不粘烤盘,在香蕉表面刷一层蜂蜜;
  • 6.撒上肉桂粉;
  • 7.将浸泡过的葡萄干嵌入香蕉缝里;
  • 8.烤箱160度预热;
  • 9.将烤盘放入烤箱,上下火160度烤12分钟左右;
  • 10.出炉的香蕉上,可撒些葡萄干点缀,倒上鸡尾酒,享受下午茶吧。
