下酒好拍档——酱爆花蛤
虽然炎炎的夏日已过,可是偶尔还有几天的秋老虎发威。
在热意四射的那几天,开一瓶冰啤酒,再加上一盘酱爆花蛤真是绝配呀。。

  • 1.准备材料:花蛤500g;洋葱1个,豆瓣酱2汤匙,啤酒
  • 2.洋葱,生姜切丝备用
  • 3.花蛤洗净,锅中放水加入2片生姜煮开,放入花蛤煮至开口(大约1分钟左右)
  • 4.将开口的花蛤捞出沥水待用
  • 5.热锅倒油放入洋葱,生姜丝爆香
  • 6.放入2汤匙的豆瓣酱翻炒均匀
  • 7.加入适量的啤酒,煮至洋葱至软
  • 8.倒入沥干水分的花蛤
  • 9.翻炒均匀即可出锅
