    • 2.红枣洗净去核儿。
    • 3.切成小块备用。
    • 4.杂粮面里面少量多次倒入适量清水,先用筷子搅拌成絮状。
    • 5.把红枣碎放进去混合均匀。
    • 6.揉成软硬适中的面团。
    • 7.取适量,双手蘸水,团圆。
    • 8.捏成窝头状。
    • 9.依次做好放入蒸锅内,大火上汽后蒸二十分钟即可关火。
