    Steps to make 泡椒凤爪

    • 1.鸡爪洗净在中间剁成两块。
    • 2.锅内烧一锅水,加入鸡爪,一勺盐,花椒,八角,煮10分钟,筷子能穿透就好了。
    • 3.把煮熟的鸡爪捞出,清洗干净,放水龙头下去开流水冲十几钟。
    • 4.盆内倒入适量开水,先放花椒和泡椒泡一会,再倒入泡椒水,姜片,盐,苹果醋混合均匀。
    • 5.把冲淋好的鸡爪放入浸泡,放入冰箱隔夜就可以吃了。
