  • 蒜苗2棵
  • 鸡汤2000ml
  • 2匙
  • 鸡精1匙
  • 生抽1勺
  • 枸杞20个

Steps to make 豆腐汤圆 亦豆腐圆子

  • 1.豆腐捏碎,沥干水分。
  • 2.绞肉机把肉绞碎成泥。
  • 3.蒜苗切成末末和肉馅躲一起。
  • 4.馅儿里加入盐、鸡精、生抽。一直躲成能像这样叠起就好了。
  • 5.豆腐泥加入鸡蛋,抓匀。
  • 6.抓匀后的豆腐泥。
  • 7.手心放一些豆腐泥,按扁如图。
  • 8.放馅儿。
  • 9.双手来回摔打,左手摔到右手上,右手摔打到左手上。大约10个回合打成如图就好了。
  • 10.做一个放锅里一个。最后放入枸杞,慢火煮15分钟就OK啦!
  • 11.成品图。
