自制咸鸭蛋
朋友给了很多新鲜的鸭蛋,一下子吃不了,用传统的花椒盐水腌一大罐子,30天出油。

Steps to make 自制咸鸭蛋

  • 1.鸭蛋一定要清洗干净;
  • 2.晾干水分;
  • 3.锅中放水,放入盐;
  • 4.放入花椒;
  • 5.大火烧开至盐全部融化,彻底放凉;
  • 6.晾干的鸭蛋放入干净的容器中;
  • 7.倒入花椒盐水直至没过鸭蛋,靠近盖子的地方倒扣一个塑料盘子,避免鸭蛋浮起来,最后倒入白酒80g,放置阴凉的地方;
  • 8.30天后的鸭蛋,表皮已被花椒水染色;
  • 9.捞出鸭蛋冲洗一下,放入蒸锅中,大火蒸20分钟;
  • 10.已经出油啦;
