黑芝麻汤圆
黑芝麻含有大量的脂肪和蛋白质,还含有糖类、维生素A、维生素E、卵磷脂、钙、铁、铬等营养成分。有健胃、保肝、促进红细胞生长的作用,同时可以增加体内黑色素,有利于头发生长。

糯米粉比较黏,2岁以下宝宝只吃芝麻馅解解馋就好 ~~~ 柚子小吃货就是,芝麻馅一口一口,很喜欢~

下面给的量能做大概25个。

Steps to make 黑芝麻汤圆

  • 1.第一步先做馅,将炒熟的黑芝麻和糖拌匀 (这样做是为了防止黑芝麻快速研磨没有那么快出油) , 倒入料理机磨细。
  • 2.拌入猪油或黄油或植物油搅拌均匀;,拌好特别的香,忍不住吃了两口。和好的黑芝麻馅冰箱冷藏半小时定型;(急的话冷冻!)
  • 3.接下来糯米粉加热水和成面团。加的热水比较烫手,先用筷子搅拌下再上手。
  • 4.,和好的面团很柔软,有弹性,能拉长。(如果你用的温水或冷水,和好的面团一掰就碎,没有粘性,很难捏成形状,文末有小窍门有补救的方法)
  • 5.面团搓长条,分成等量的小剂子,糯米团18g,黑芝麻成球12g (皮和馅的比例是9:6,喜欢大个一点的就按照11:8)。
  • 6.将小块糯米团逐一在掌心揉成球状,用拇指在球顶压一小窝,芝麻馅放入,放在拇指和食指虎口位置,慢慢旋转收口,再轻轻搓圆;(这么粗滴手肯定不是我!)
  • 7.全包好后,一次分量做得多,冰箱冷冻保存,记得要密封。
  • 8.烧水至沸,包好的汤圆下锅煮至浮起即可食用。
  • 9.非常的香,忍不住一个接着一个,但...吃的多会腻人~~~
