桂花糯米藕

    Steps to make 桂花糯米藕

    • 1.准备材料。糯米须提前泡好。
    • 2.藕洗净、去皮。
    • 3.从粗的一端约5CM处切开。
    • 4.把食品袋的一角剪开比藕孔略小的直径,形成漏斗的作用,插入藕孔,填入米粒后用筷子或竹签捅入,即快又保证操作环境的整洁。
    • 5.把糯米填入各个藕孔,不需要太紧,糯米在煮的过程中还会稍涨发的。
    • 6.将切下的莲藕头盖上,用牙签固定住。
    • 7.将藕放入锅中,加入没过藕体的水,加入冰糖、红枣和莲子。煮一个半小时,闷半小时。
    • 8.将煮好的莲藕捞出切片,浇上糖桂花或蜂蜜即可。
