Steps to make 节瓜瑶柱虾米粉丝煲

  • 1.准备所需材料。
  • 2.粉丝、瑶柱、虾米洗净用凉水泡软。
  • 3.节瓜去皮洗净切成丝。
  • 4.将泡好的瑶柱切成丝。
  • 5.姜、蒜、葱头切成碎沫。
  • 6.起油锅把姜、葱、蒜放入炒香。
  • 7.倒入泡好的虾米翻炒一下。
  • 8.再倒入节瓜丝。
  • 9.加入少许料酒稍微的翻炒一下。
  • 10.加入适量的清水,清水和节瓜持平即可。
  • 11.倒入瑶柱丝。
  • 12.然后煮开
  • 13.煮开后再转移到砂锅内煮5分钟。
  • 14.再加入泡软的粉丝煮开。
  • 15.然后加入盐、胡椒粉调味。
  • 16.再滴上数滴香油,撒上葱花即可关火。
