迷你脆皮雪糕
虽说三伏天已经结束,但我们这还是热得要命。那就来个解暑的甜品吧——迷你脆皮芒果雪糕。一口咬下去,咔嚓,表面的巧克力脆皮裂了,里面的雪糕冰得我一激灵。脆皮是用的草莓味的巧克力,酸甜的,里面是我最爱的芒果雪糕,好吃极了。雪糕块是昨晚提前做好的,今天拿出来裹上脆皮也就是巧克力外皮,可是天气实在太热了,拿出来一会就开始融化。我一边要拍照一边要忙着裹巧克力,那个手忙脚乱......

Steps to make 迷你脆皮雪糕

  • 1.先将牛奶、奶油、糖和芒果肉加入料理机,打成糊。芒果可以换成其它你喜欢的水果。
  • 2.将打好的糊倒入裱花袋中。裱花袋剪一个2-3毫米的小口,如果雪糕糊比较稀,建议剪小一点口,稠的话就剪大一点点。
  • 3.然后挤在冰格中。一共做了20个冰块,放冰箱冷冻过夜。
  • 4.第二天,取一个干净无油无水的小碗,将巧克力掰碎加入,再加入椰子油,然后微波炉高火加热30秒。
  • 5.将巧克力化成液体,如果有小疙瘩,用勺子压一压。如果加热的温度过高,巧克力会成为很粗糙的糊状,不会成这么滑腻的液体状。
  • 6.建议分批取出雪糕块,多的仍放冰箱冷冻,因为天气太热,雪糕块融化很快。
  • 7.用牙签叉一块小雪糕,在巧克力糊中滚一圈,然后快速撒上坚果碎。
  • 8.巧克力凝固了就可以放盘子上,做好后放冰箱冷冻至少半小时,冻结实一些。
