  • 黑巧克力25g
  • 淡奶油200g
  • 细砂糖20g

Steps to make 脏脏小贝

  • 1.玉米油和可可粉混合均匀。
  • 2.加入牛奶搅匀。
  • 3.筛入低粉搅拌。
  • 4.加入蛋黄。
  • 5.划一字搅拌到顺滑。
  • 6.加1/3蛋白搅拌。
  • 7.全部倒入蛋白盆中翻拌均匀。
  • 8.倒入烤盘轻震一下。
  • 9.烤箱提前预热150度中层20分钟(时间温度仅供参考)
  • 10.25克巧克力加入20克淡奶油加热搅拌均匀。
  • 11.完全晾凉后加入180克淡奶油20克细砂糖打发到不流动状态。
  • 12.出炉后的蛋糕片晾凉后撕掉油布。
  • 13.抹上一层薄薄的巧克力奶油。
  • 14.卷起来,切成4厘米一个。
  • 15.中间再切一刀(不要切断了)
  • 16.挤入巧克力奶油。
  • 17.撒上可可粉。
  • 18.沾上巧克力脆珠。
