Steps to make 姜薯糯米小汤圆

  • 1.糯米粉加开水用筷子搅拌下。
  • 2.一边加适量的水慢慢揉成光滑搓圆不裂开的面团。
  • 3.盘里放一点粘米粉,取一丁点搓成圆形并轻力按压下,用粘米粉拌下,以防粘在一起。
  • 4.姜薯去皮泡于水里,以免变色。
  • 5.煮锅里下水,白砂糖,煮至沸腾,倒入糯米小汤圆,煮至汤圆浮上水面,捞出。再把水继续烧开,削下姜薯,煮至卷起并浮上水面,加入煮好的糯米圆,用小勺子搅拌下。
  • 6.最后盛入碗里即可,简单又美味…
