宫廷御用滋补佳品“核桃酪”
秋风起矣、寒气袭,
严冬近矣、固真元;
进补正逢时兮、巧调养,
增福又增寿兮,通灵天地!

在下此诗明示,又逢深秋时节正是调养的季节。纵观众多滋补佳品,还是传统良方靠谱。核桃酪,流传于宫廷秘方,明清时专为后宫所研制的一款保健良方,它可健脑可养颜起到补血补气的作用,即可内调又可外养堪称流食中的佳品,做法又极其简单,过去是女士专享,其实是老少皆宜。“核桃酪”的做法如下;

  • 大枣45克
  • 冰糖30克
  • 蜂蜜20克

Steps to make 宫廷御用滋补佳品“核桃酪”

  • 1.把核桃仁加一倍的清水用料理机搅打成浆。
  • 2.再把糯米加一倍的清水用料理机搅打成浆。
  • 3.把两种原料分别搅打好后备用。
  • 4.把大枣撕开去核放入锅中加清水大火煮开,然后改小火煮20分钟。
  • 5.煮好后把枣取出放入筛勺里,煮枣的水不要倒掉留待备用。
  • 6.用一把钢勺把煮过的枣在筛勺里轻轻碾压滤出枣泥去皮。
  • 7.枣皮不要,枣泥备用。
  • 8.把搅打好的糯米浆和核桃浆倒入盆中混合,然后倒入枣泥和冰糖。
  • 9.再倒入一倍的煮枣水搅匀。
  • 10.在电磁炉上把浆煮开,煮开后改小火慢煮5分钟,这期间要不断地进行搅动防止糊锅。
  • 11.5分钟后待其粘稠关火,稍晾3分钟倒入适量蜂蜜搅匀即可。
  • 12.这道香甜营养的核桃酪便做好了,最后盛入碗中撒上几粒事先烫熟的枸杞,趁热饮用口味极佳。
