  • 陈醋3╱4饭碗
  • 酱油1饭碗
  • 八角4颗
  • 野山椒5个

Steps to make 陈醋凤爪

  • 1.凤爪洗净剪去指甲
  • 2.将罗汉果、八角、冰糖加一大汤碗水煮开后小火熬十分钟,将香味熬出后放凉。
  • 3.将处理好的鸡爪加生姜料酒飞水,煮8_10分钟左右。
  • 4.将煮好的鸡爪去浮沫用清水冲洗3_4遍,放入冰水中泡3_4个小时。
  • 5.将放凉的腌制水加入事先准备好的陈醋和酱油以及小米辣,把冰水泡过的鸡爪放入其中,水已没过鸡爪为宜。
  • 6.放入冰箱里,隔一晚浸泡12小时以上即可食用,中途翻动一下以便入味。食用时根据个人爱好可加入香菜。
