喜欢辣椒,喜欢它红火的颜色,喜欢它热烈的味道,喜欢它低垂的样子。
此道菜,下酒或是下饭都是很不错的选择,前提是你要不怕辣才行。连我那个无辣不欢的老公都说,这可不是一般的辣呀。可不是么,配料除了辣椒就是花椒,能不辣?不料人家转头又说,辣是辣了点,但是我喜欢,哈哈。

    Steps to make 辣子鸡丁---家庭版

    • 1.新鲜鸡胸肉一块洗净
    • 2.切成大小差不多的肉丁
    • 3.将鸡丁用适量盐与1勺料酒腌渍15分钟入味
    • 4.干辣椒用剪刀剪小段,准备适量姜,蒜,葱,花椒
    • 5.锅内下油,要多些,将腌好的鸡丁入内炸
    • 6.至鸡丁皮焦后盛起来
    • 7.炸好的鸡丁装起来备用
    • 8.锅内留底油,净姜蒜辣椒花椒入内爆香
    • 9.随后加入鸡丁
    • 10.加1勺生抽,少许白糖,少许盐迅速炒香
    • 11.入适量鸡精与葱花即可关火
    • 12.装盘
