蓝莓芝士挞

  • 低粉100g
  • 黄油40g
  • 白糖15g
  • 食盐1g
  • 蛋黄2只
  • 奶酪50g
  • 淡奶油20ml
  • 炼乳3g
  • 玉米淀粉1匙
  • 吉士粉1匙
  • 牛奶120ml

Steps to make 蓝莓芝士挞

  • 1.低粉加白糖,食盐搅拌均匀。
  • 2.加入牛奶搅拌成絮状。
  • 3.加黄油揉搓。
  • 4.揉搓成团。
  • 5.分成35—40克左右的小面团。
  • 6.擀成圆形。
  • 7.放入蛋糕纸杯中。
  • 8.将面团整形成与纸杯一样大小。
  • 9.用叉子在面团底部叉些孔,放冰箱冷藏一夜。
  • 10.早上准备做蛋挞液的食材。
  • 11.芝士隔热水融化。
  • 12.加入淡奶油,炼乳,蛋黄搅打均匀。
  • 13.放入白糖搅拌至融化。
  • 14.加入牛奶,最后筛入玉米淀粉和吉士粉搅拌均匀。
  • 15.将蛋挞液倒入挞中八分满,放几颗蓝莓。
  • 16.烤箱预热200℃,烤30分钟。
  • 17.烤好立即出炉。
  • 18.倒出来即可。
  • 19.奶香嫩滑的内馅。
