Steps to make 青梅酒

  • 1.挑出果头上的梗,清洗干净,由于青梅上有细毛可以用盐搓洗。
  • 2.摊开晾干,不能有水。
  • 3.用牙签在青梅上戳孔。
  • 4.在无水无油的密封罐中一层青梅一层冰糖的码放,最后倒入酒。青梅:酒:冰糖=1:1:0.6~0.8。接下来就教给时间,存放半年后即可饮用。中途半个月或一个月开盖一次,放放气在盖上密封盖。
