  • 蛋糕粉165g
  • 糖粉60g
  • 全蛋液45g(一个鸡蛋)

Steps to make 原味曲奇(3)

  • 1.原料如图
  • 2.黄油软化后打发均匀
  • 3.分3次加入蛋液,每次要与黄油充分打匀后再添加
  • 4.黄油与鸡蛋液完全混合后加入糖粉
  • 5.充分混合好
  • 6.筛入蛋糕粉搅打一下
  • 7.再用刮刀拌匀到无干粉状态,不要过分搅拌,我的好像稍微久了一点点
  • 8.装入曲奇枪(裱花袋也可以)
  • 9.第一次使用还不会,有时按两下有时下不来,抓狂啊。这个方子做的刚好烤两盘
  • 10.上下火190度15分钟(温度时间根据自己的烤箱而定)
  • 11.出炉
  • 12.放凉后还是很酥脆的,甜度刚好
  • 13.第一次做,感觉棒棒哒,O(∩_∩)O哈哈~
