柠檬杨梅露
做了杨梅果酱,剩下带着果肉的杨梅核,我又顺便加了柠檬片煮成柠檬杨梅露,生津开胃又消暑。杨梅全身都是宝,果核煮汤一点也不浪费呀!

  • 1.杨梅放入淡盐水中,浸泡15分钟
  • 2.将浸泡好的杨梅捞出,果肉与核分开
  • 3.将去完果肉剩下的杨梅核放入碗里
  • 4.加入适量的水
  • 5.倒入小炖锅中大火煮开
  • 6.挤小半个柠檬汁再依个人口味加入适量的白砂糖即可。
