【红豆奶油夹心蛋糕】

Steps to make 【红豆奶油夹心蛋糕】

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.两个无油无水的盆,把蛋黄和蛋清分离。
  • 3.蛋黄加糖拌匀,依次加入色拉油和牛奶拌匀。低筋面粉加盐加泡打粉过筛后加入蛋黄中,用橡皮刮刀轻轻地搅拌至无颗粒。
  • 4.蛋清加醋打成粗泡后,分三次加入白糖打发至硬性泡发,提起打蛋器后有小三角的形状。
  • 5.三分之一的蛋白加入蛋黄中,用刮刀轻轻地上下搅拌。
  • 6.再办拌好的蛋黄糊倒回蛋白中,用刮刀上下翻拌均匀,让蛋黄与蛋白充分混合。
  • 7.烤箱预热后,把油纸铺在烤盘上,倒入蛋糊抹匀,用力震出气泡,180度上下火中层25分钟。
  • 8.淡奶油加糖隔冰水打发至有纹路。
  • 9.烤好后撕去油纸晾凉。
  • 10.抹上奶油,撒上红豆。
  • 11.切成方块后,取一块蛋糕盖上另一块蛋糕,就可以开吃了。
