韩国料理中的泡菜,一般都要发酵后再食用,所以制作的时间都要稍长一些。在家里要想吃到泡菜,自己完全可以采取快速的方法腌渍,虽然不是正宗,但是完全可以保证爽口好吃。

Steps to make 泡菜白萝卜

  • 1.主辅料: 白萝卜、辣椒酱
  • 2. 把白萝卜洗净切块。
  • 3. 装入盆中,加盐、白糖、白醋。
  • 4. 翻拌均匀,加姜末,腌渍2小时以上。
  • 5. 把腌渍好的萝卜块,控净水分,装入料理盒。
  • 6.放入辣椒酱。
  • 7.将其翻拌均匀,再腌渍2小时以上,放入冰箱冷藏一夜后更佳。
  • 8.这就是腌渍好的泡菜白萝卜,冷藏可以保存3—5天。
  • 9. 装盘即可上桌食用。
