【补气益血】红枣参鸡汤
在天气寒冷的时候,最渴望的莫过于一碗香喷喷、热乎乎的汤~~~
如今正是寒冷的季节,恰好外面又下着雨。虽不是瓢泼大雨,但细雨霏霏感觉更冻人啊~~~索性我也煲一锅温暖的鸡汤吧,哈哈~~~
这款鸡汤,搭配了人参,红枣,枸杞~~~补气益血,延年益寿,暖胃也养生,适合大部分人群食用。汤里除了盐,再无其他调料,做法简单,而且汤味鲜香,老少皆宜~~~
购买人参的时候,老中医建议我人参、红枣、枸杞一起下锅炖。这样炖出来后,枸杞就没法看了。如果希望汤的成品比较美观,还是建议红枣、枸杞在起锅前半小时放进去吧~~~

Steps to make 【补气益血】红枣参鸡汤

  • 1.新鲜鸡肉处理干净后,斩块;这一步可以请店家代劳;
  • 2.用清水浸泡半个小时,期间更换2-3次水,这样可以去掉血水;如果是冷冻鸡肉,则需要汆汤;
  • 3.红枣、枸杞用清水浸泡几分钟;
  • 4.人参洗净后,切片;
  • 5.洗掉红枣、枸杞上的灰,以及其他杂质;
  • 6.将鸡肉、人参、红枣、枸杞全部放入炖盅;
  • 7.加够足量的清水;
  • 8.选择“肉类”,炖3个小时;2.5个小时候,调入适量盐;
  • 9.鸡汤炖好后,趁热食用哦。
