Steps to make 橙皮吐司

  • 1.橙子留皮。
  • 2.锅里加少量水加入橙皮煮5分钟。
  • 3.然后将橙皮用勺子刮掉白瓤。
  • 4.切成丝状。
  • 5.再放到干净的锅中加入25克白糖小火炒至水分收干,关火。
  • 6.再加入25克白糖炒匀即可。
  • 7.将由水--糖和盐--鸡蛋--面粉--酵母这样的顺序放入面包机内胆中。
  • 8.按菜单键至和面功能15分钟。
  • 9.盖盖7分钟过后它会停下来 这时已经揉成团了 比较粘。
  • 10.加入糖渍橙皮 再盖盖 会再次工作。
  • 11.到时间 展开面团 可以拉出一点粗糙的膜。
  • 12.再按和面功能15分钟,中间8分钟时开盖 面团到扩展阶段加入黄油。
  • 13.再继续和面至揉到完全阶段。
  • 14.按发酵键1小时。
  • 15.发酵至2.5倍大,戳个洞不回缩。
  • 16.将面团拿出来 排气 分割8个面团,松弛20分钟。
  • 17.取个面团擀开 折三折。
  • 18.再擀开,卷起来。
  • 19.放到面包机内胆中。
  • 20.按发酵键40分钟 发酵至2倍大,刷上蛋液。
  • 21.盖盖按烘烤健35分钟 烧色中等。
  • 22.闻到了香味 看到表面已经微黄 颜色不错。
