这是做“大圣汤圆”剩了点儿彩色面团,就顺手做了几个坐着的小仓鼠。做完不大满意,样子不够萌啊/(ㄒoㄒ)/~~

Steps to make 天仓鼠黑芝麻汤圆#ACA烘焙明星大赛#

  • 1.糯米粉分成几份,其中一份原色,其他几分分别加入芒果粉,草莓粉,可可粉拌匀,分别逐次少量加入热水,用面包机或厨师机合成团,装入保鲜袋,饧面二十分钟
  • 2.白色面团取一小块,在手心压成薄片,包住黑芝麻馅,封口后团成团
  • 3.如图,白色小球团成两腮和鼻子
  • 4.可可色薄片盖在头顶,捏两个小球在头顶,用筷子头压出耳蜗。没法做出混色渐变效果,所以这样处理
  • 5.如图,用黄色做出眉毛和头部瘢痕,两个小球团成脚,红色做成脚掌
  • 6.同理做出在胸前的两只小手,捏小球做出尾巴
  • 7.红色搓细条,做成嘴巴鼻子,黑芝麻馅搓成两头尖的橄榄型,用牙签在眼部扎小孔,填满压实。因为是剩的面团,表面稍微有点儿干了。不过入水煮熟后,纹路就消失了
  • 8.入热水,煮熟盛出即可
