樱桃彩绘蛋糕卷
彩绘蛋糕卷不难,一张图案油纸,一点耐心,就可以做出来。

Steps to make 樱桃彩绘蛋糕卷

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.将带图案的吸油纸放入烤盘。
  • 3.在油纸表面刷上一层薄薄的玉米油,备用。
  • 4.4个蛋清滴入几滴柠檬汁,分三次加入45克细砂糖,打发至湿性发泡。
  • 5.制作蛋糕糊:蛋黄,水,牛奶,20克细砂糖,玉米油同放入打蛋盆中,搅打至糖融化。
  • 6.筛入低筋粉,拌至无颗粒状态。
  • 7.一大勺蛋黄糊,二大勺蛋白糊,2滴色素,拌均匀,分别做出绿色和红色的蛋糕糊。
  • 8.将蛋糕糊装入裱花袋,剪出一个小口。
  • 9.在图案纸上画出樱桃果和叶子,放入上下火180度预热好的烤箱中层烘烤3分钟定型。
  • 10.将剩余的蛋白糊和蛋黄糊切拌混合成为原色蛋糕糊。
  • 11.将原色蛋糕糊倒入已烤至定性的图案上。
  • 12.表面抹平整,震荡出大气泡,放入烤箱中层上下火175度烘烤20分钟,最后的5分钟将上火调至200度,下火保持175度不变,让表皮上色变老。
  • 13.蛋糕出炉后倒扣到冷却架上,及时撕去底部的油纸,并盖回去,冷却至蛋糕温温的状态。
  • 14.翻转,抹上一层蓝莓果酱或者淡奶油,夹馅随个人喜好来做就行,将蛋糕卷起,定型30分钟。
  • 15.最后用巧克力酱描边并画出果蒂即可。
