咖啡月牙儿饼干
今天介绍的咖啡月牙儿饼干是我最近的零食新宠,超爱吃的,不但有浓郁的咖啡味,还有很厚很回味的杏仁粉的味道,真的很不错哦,呃,但是它的造型也让我想到了一部经典的电视剧——《包青天》!

  • 即溶咖啡粉15g
  • 5g
  • 无盐黄油90g
  • 糖粉60g(装饰用)
  • 低筋面粉100g
  • 杏仁粉50g

Steps to make 咖啡月牙儿饼干

  • 1.即溶咖啡粉加入搅拌均匀呈咖啡糊备用。
  • 2.无盐黄油放在室温下软化后,加入糖粉先用橡皮刮刀搅拌均匀,再用搅拌机搅打均匀。
  • 3.加入做好的咖啡糊,继续用搅拌机快速打发呈均匀的奶油糊。
  • 4.筛入面粉后,接着加入杏仁粉,用橡皮刮刀以不规则的方向搅拌成均匀的面团。
  • 5.将面团包入保鲜膜内,冷藏松弛约30分钟左右。
  • 6.取面团约10g,用手揉成约8公分的长条状,再做成小月牙的造型。
  • 7.烤箱预热后,160度烤约25分钟,熄火后继续用余温焖10分钟左右。晾凉以后,撒上糖粉就ok啦。
