Steps to make 山药紫薯糕

  • 2.准备材料,这次我用了新侬产的无公害铁棍山药。
  • 3.紫薯、山药放入蒸锅中蒸熟。
  • 4.将蒸熟的紫薯剥皮,捣成泥状备用。
  • 5.紫薯泥中加酸奶搅拌均匀。
  • 6.将山药剥皮。
  • 7.将山药捣成泥状加炼乳、蜂蜜搅拌均匀。
  • 8.分别将紫薯、山药揉成团。
  • 9.取月饼模具装入紫薯泥。
  • 10.装入山药泥压制成形即可。
