    Steps to make 紫菜包饭

    • 1.材料:熟米饭、海苔、寿司醋、韩式泡菜、白芝麻、黄瓜、火腿肠、蛋皮、紫苏叶工具:一次性手套、竹帘
    • 2.将煮好的米饭趁热倒入容器中,倒入白芝麻,搅匀晾凉备用。
    • 3.将黄瓜洗净,去头尾,切条;鸡蛋打散摊成蛋饼,切丝;紫苏叶放入沸水中汆烫一下,捞出切丝。(紫苏汆烫时间不宜长,3-5秒即可)
    • 4.将海苔铺在卷帘上,前端预留1-2厘米,其余平铺一层寿司饭。
    • 5.再摆上火腿条、黄瓜条、鸡蛋丝、紫苏叶、泡菜(攥干水分)。
    • 6.然后用卷帘慢慢卷起,卷的时候稍稍用力,卷好后用刀切段即可。
