萝卜丝鲫鱼汤

Steps to make 萝卜丝鲫鱼汤

  • 1.从市场买的鲫鱼,一般叫鱼档帮忙刮鳞开肚,回来就把鱼鳃和鱼腹内的杂物,还有鱼腹内的黑色的膜都清洗干净,图片中鱼腹内已经被我清洗得干干净净了
  • 2.萝卜去皮切丝
  • 3.先用姜抹一下锅底,锅里加油烧热,铁锅会比较难把鱼煎得好,最好用不粘锅操作
  • 4.把鱼放入锅中
  • 5.把一面煎黄后,再翻面煎另一面,煎鱼的时候少翻动,不要把鱼身煎碎。煎好后倒入没过鱼身的热水,倒入料酒,盖上锅盖
  • 6.大火煮10分钟左右,转中火煮至汤色发白的时候,倒入萝卜丝,并加入盐
  • 7.继续煮5分钟左右。
