  • 1.胖头鱼鱼头用来做剁椒鱼头是再好不过了,收拾干净,破开成两半
  • 2.用少许高度白酒摸匀,腌制一会
  • 3.白酒腌制半小时后,再放入适量盐,继续腌制半小时
  • 4.葱姜切丝,剁椒准备好(这是老妈自己做得剁椒,超级辣),小葱切花,大蒜剁成蒜泥,备用(我还用了一点泡椒,这是个人喜好,我没把它写在材料里)
  • 5.准备好足够大的盘子,将葱姜丝放在盘子底
  • 6.放入腌制好得鱼头
  • 7.面上再撒少许葱姜丝,均匀倒入剁椒
  • 8.入锅,大火烧开水,蒸半小时
  • 9.半小时后,取出鱼头,放上小葱花和蒜泥
  • 10.用烧热的油浇在它上面即可,稍微淋一点蒸蒸鱼豉油,就可以上桌了
  • 11.美味的剁椒鱼头就做好了,相当好吃,剁椒的辣味充分溶到鱼头了
