Steps to make 夏日开胃炒饭~菠萝鸡蛋炒饭

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.提前煮好米饭,青豆冲洗干净,把香葱清洗干净切碎,烤肠放在橙色砧板上切成碎末。 取绿色砧板把菠萝对半切后去皮,菠萝顶花别扔掉摆盘用;菠萝肉切成碎粒后放入碗中待用。(一半做饭,1半就随便吃啦)。 把黄瓜洗净放在准备好的绿色砧板上,用刨刀刨成长条,再用水果刀把黄瓜中间划半,放入盘中待用。1个鸡蛋打入小碗中打匀,准备不粘平底锅一个,烧七分热,把打好的鸡蛋倒入锅中均匀铺平,鸡蛋一面凝固后再翻个面就关火,利用锅剩余的热量即可凝固取出装盘。
  • 3.把蛋皮铺在消毒好的橙色砧板上,用摩飞水果刀具,轻轻地把蛋皮均匀划成条,然后把准备好的黄瓜条,从蛋皮中间开始,把蛋皮隔条翻起,然后把黄瓜放入再把蛋皮放回,再隔条依次压住即可,其实这个步骤也是很简单还很快的,然后用保鲜膜盖在上面,取1个盆翻到盘中即可。
  • 4.2个鸡蛋打入碗中加料酒和少许盐打匀,锅内放入橄榄油烧7分热,把鸡蛋倒入,快速划开鸡蛋,让鸡蛋成碎块,凝固就盛起,用炒鸡蛋的锅再加点橄榄油,把烤肠碎粒和青豆倒入翻炒把米饭倒入翻炒均匀,倒入炒好的鸡蛋,加盐和鸡精翻炒,最后倒入菠萝小块翻炒均匀后取一个小碗装入碗中压紧。
  • 5.把碗中的菠萝饭倒扣在盘上,定型后小心地把保鲜膜去掉。
