  • 低筋面粉210g
  • 泡打粉5g
  • 牛奶95g
  • 提子干35g
  • 朗姆酒15g
  • 总统小三角奶酪若干
  • 2g
  • 30g

Steps to make 提子司康

  • 1.将提子干用朗姆酒浸泡。
  • 2.将面粉、泡打粉、盐、糖混合均匀,加入总统淡味黄油,可以用手抓匀,也可以用电动打蛋器搅拌均匀。
  • 3.加入牛奶,朗姆酒,浸渍过的提子,搅拌成均匀的面团,放入冰箱中,冷藏松弛1小时。
  • 4.用擀面杖将面团压成饼状,中间对折一下,继续用擀面杖压成饼状,重复一次以上动作。
  • 5.用模具将面团均匀地分割成小块,表面刷上全蛋液,放入预热到190度的烤箱中烤制20分钟,提子司康就出炉啦!
  • 6.最后为出炉的司康注入灵魂之笔。将司康饼一分为二,夹上菌菇或是切达口味的总统小三角奶酪食用,普通的下午茶瞬间升级~
