Steps to make 金枪鱼玉米面包

  • 1.把面粉、水、糖、盐、酵母、鸡蛋、奶粉放入面包机桶中,后油发打至面团出膜,收圆入盆发酵;
  • 2.发酵到位的面团;
  • 3.取出面团,按压排气,分割成8份;滚圆,中间醒发15分钟;
  • 4.甜玉米粒放厨房纸上吸干水分,水浸金枪鱼控掉水分;
  • 5.取醒发后的面团,压扁擀长,整形成橄榄形;
  • 6.放入烤盘进行二发,二发到位的面团;
  • 7.用剪刀在面团表面切口,切口处放上适量的甜玉米粒,挤上适量的沙拉酱;最后放上金枪鱼肉;
  • 8.放入预热200度的烤箱中,中层15分钟;
  • 9.到时取出放烤架放凉;
