麦片千层饼
做发面干层饼的时候放入麦片,做出来的干层饼散发着麦香,一层层像书本一样漂亮,好看又好吃!

Steps to make 麦片千层饼

  • 1.即食用的麦片放入盆中。
  • 2.加入面粉和酵母粉。
  • 3.边倒水边用筷子搅拌成絮状。
  • 4.揉成面团,盖上盖子,放入温暖处发酵。
  • 5.发酵成两倍大成蜂窝状就可以了。
  • 6.放到案板上揉搓光滑,再擀成两个面剂。
  • 7.把面剂分五份,一份大的,四份均匀的小面剂。
  • 8.先把大面剂擀成薄片。
  • 9.撒上花生油和盐,用小刷子抹匀。
  • 10.再撒上适量干面粉。
  • 11.再把小面剂擀成薄片。
  • 12.放到大面片上。
  • 13.再倒上花生油,用小刷子刷匀。后面的三张小面皮以此类推。
  • 14.底下一张大面皮,上面四张小面皮。
  • 15.把大面皮露出来的边沾上水卷上来。
  • 16.放到面板上,用擀面杖擀平。
  • 17.锅中倒入凉水,把面坯放到锅中,盖上盖子再次醒发20分钟。
  • 18.气汽后蒸15分钟,再焖两分钟打开锅盖。
  • 19.平底锅倒油,油六成热放入饼煎至两面金黄就可以了。
  • 20.像书一样整齐漂亮的干层饼,散发着阵阵麦香,好看又好吃!
