自己做的果酱,和外面卖的绝对不同,全是果肉,货真价实。还能咬到小块的菠萝粒,酸酸甜甜带着菠萝清香,美味极了!超市里买的果酱,果肉成分很少,那些看起来稠厚胶质成分也完全不是天然果胶,都是添加剂。原来做果酱很费劲,像做肉松一样得不停地翻炒,根本就是一个字--“累”。有了面包机,一切都变得如此简单。

  • 1.菠萝切片,放入盐水中浸泡半小时,然后切条,再切成小丁
