香辣小龙虾

Steps to make 香辣小龙虾

  • 1.小龙虾在水里养一会儿,洗净去虾线沥干,我买到的是处理好的焯过水的,所以是红的。葱切段,蒜剥皮。
  • 2.在锅中多加一些油,烧热。
  • 3.下入小龙虾翻炒。
  • 4.加入所有香料翻炒均匀,盛出备用。
  • 5.在锅中剩下的油中加入辣豆瓣酱,翻炒至混合均匀。
  • 6.放入小龙虾,加入料酒,糖,五香粉,和适量水,不要没过小龙虾。汤汁收的差不多就可以出锅了。
