电饭锅海绵蛋糕
这是我第一次用电饭锅做海绵蛋糕,做出来了、等我拍图完毕,我家的两个饿狼开始抢啊。。。

Steps to make 电饭锅海绵蛋糕

  • 1.食材:鸡蛋4个、低筋面粉120克、绵白糖100克、黄油30克
  • 2.先将黄油融化,待用。
  • 3.将鸡蛋打入盆中,加入绵白糖。
  • 4.用电动打蛋器打发、打至打蛋器提起来蛋液慢慢地落下不会马上消失。
  • 5.随后,筛入低筋面粉。
  • 6.用铲子拌匀。
  • 7.接着,加入融化好的黄油。
  • 8.拌匀。
  • 9.然后,将电饭锅的内胆抹好奶油铺上油纸。
  • 10.倒入拌好的面糊。
  • 11.进入电饭锅中。
  • 12.盖上盖、插上电源、按好蛋糕功能进行工作。
  • 13.最后,工作完毕跳的保温时。
  • 14.开盖取出、倒扣在架子上晾凉。
  • 15.切开装盘,即成
