杏仁薄脆

  • 低筋面粉20克
  • 黄油25克
  • 蛋白40克
  • 杏仁片55克
  • 糖粉45克

Steps to make 杏仁薄脆

  • 1.黄油隔水融化。
  • 2.蛋白中加入糖粉搅拌至糖粉融化,无需打发。
  • 3.倒入黄油,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.筛入低粉,搅拌至无颗粒。
  • 5.倒入杏仁片搅拌均匀。
  • 6.用勺子挖适量面糊到不粘烤盘中,面糊之间要留空隙,用勺背将面糊摊开,使面糊的厚度均匀。
  • 7.送入事先预热好的烤箱中层,上下火,180度,10分钟左右,后面几分钟最好守在烤箱旁边,见表面微黄即可出炉。
  • 8.晾凉之后即可食用。
  • 9.吃不完的要马上密封保存,以防饼干吸潮影响口感。
