蔓越莓果酱爆浆紫薯饭团
前几天做了蔓越莓果酱,今天正好用来做爆浆饭团。米饭是剩下的,因为做的锅巴饭,所有还有一些黄色的锅巴在里面;我撒了一些紫薯粉调个颜色。果酱熬的时候特意保持了完整的样子,所以多放几颗在饭团中间,直接食用可以,如果想要爆浆的效果,用微波炉加热就成。看,饭团还未加热,果酱就已经有些渗透出来了。

Steps to make 蔓越莓果酱爆浆紫薯饭团

  • 1.一碗剩米饭、适量紫薯粉、自制蔓越莓果酱,寿司用海苔准备好
  • 2.紫薯粉加少量凉开水、白糖(份量外)混合,倒入米饭中,搅拌均匀
  • 3.取一片保鲜膜,适量的米饭放在上面,再舀一些蔓越莓果酱放在中间,自制的蔓越莓果酱还是大颗粒的,因为果胶的原因,都结成团了
  • 4.再盖上一层米饭
  • 5.保鲜膜兜起来,将饭团捏紧,塑形,打开后加一片海苔或者其它装饰
  • 6.用海苔做出眼睛和头发的造型,下面再垫一张长方形海苔,这样利于拿起饭团而不散开、不粘手
