迷你猪仔肠卷
美国人喜欢把香肠卷叫Pigs in a Blanket,大意为猪猪被一张毡包住,是不是很可爱的名称呢。去超市时领导一时童心大发,买一个做迷你香肠卷的模,为了方便,我们也配上班戟混合粉,主要是不用自己另外加发粉,在调面糊时加鸡蛋牛奶也可加糖混合后就可以使用了,这种混合粉,用不同的配方,可以做班戟Pancake,也可以做曲奇Cookie,也可以做“猪猪”的毯子,根据说明书上的方子,笔者稍微修改了一下,烤好后很松化,口感十分好。国内的朋友可以到超市找找烤曲奇的盒装粉,实在找不到,可以参考做玉米面班戟的方子加一点泡打粉来试试,如果用普通面粉做,和好面后包香肠,也挺好,不用模子,但这是另一回事了,这里不多赘述。
夏天朋友餐聚、小郊游和野餐,带去给他们尝尝,做餐前小吃或消口零售都是很好的选择。

Steps to make 迷你猪仔肠卷

  • 1.把班戟粉6大匙、鸡蛋1枚、菜油2大匙、牛奶2大匙、白糖1/2小匙混合在一起,搅拌均匀。
  • 2.在烤模里喷一层菜油或防粘油,用刷子刷均匀。
  • 3.先倒入面糊约四至五成满。
  • 4.放入鸡尾肠,再在表面浇上面糊。
  • 5.烤箱预热下火400°F,预热好后放入烤盘,12分钟,如果想给表面上色,把卷从底翻转到面,用上火低档LOW,3-4分钟,烤时开箱灯,如果不考虑表面卖相,也省去用上火的步骤。
  • 6.很容易脱模的,用牙签轻轻一挑就出来了。Enjoy !
