    • 1.牛肉切小块,加生粉、黑胡椒、料酒、、鸡精腌制10分钟

    • 3.热锅入油,放入生姜,爆香
    • 4.加入腌制好的牛肉,炒至变色出锅备用
    • 5.放入洋葱,炒香
    • 6.加入青红椒,翻炒均匀
