芝麻薄脆饼干小巧可爱,香脆可口,第一次品尝就会爱上,根本停不下来,办公室零食必备。以前都是从一些甜品店买,总是吃不够,现在有了烤箱,第一个学习这款饼干用来解馋~借鉴一些达人的做法,却不能够像他们那样每个圆圆的大小相同,我这个没有卖相,只能追求口感了!

  • 芝麻50g
  • 黄油25g
  • 低筋小麦粉25g

Steps to make 芝麻薄脆饼干

  • 1.准备好各种材料;
  • 2.将糖粉倒入蛋白(蛋清)中,用手动搅拌器均匀搅拌;
  • 3.直至蛋白和糖粉完全相溶,并出现细小的泡泡,如图;
  • 4.黄油放入微波炉融化,一般小火加热状态下1分30秒即可,将融化后的黄油倒入蛋白糖粉中,搅拌均匀;
  • 5.将芝麻全部倒入,搅拌均匀;
  • 6.倒入低筋小麦粉,由下至上翻直至均匀(切记不要旋转搅拌);
  • 7.找一个口径适当的杯子,将裱花袋套入,倒入面糊,拿出裱花袋封口;
  • 8.在裱花袋顶部剪一个小口,使面糊可挤出(开口太大,面糊下落太快不好控制;太小会堵住芝麻),面糊挤出呈一元硬币大小即可,随温度升高自己会舒展开的;
  • 9.烤箱预热5分钟,上火下火分别为170度,烤至10分钟左右,表面呈现黄色后可转为上火下火150度左右,烤至3分钟即可(温度和时间还是自己根据烤箱控制比较好,虽然这个大家伙很智能,但是我还是会盯着火候);
  • 10.从烤箱取出凉个3-5分钟,即可小心翼翼将其从锡纸(油纸)上取下(不然有可能会碎掉哦);
  • 11.摆盘拍照后尽快找容器储存哦,最好放上一个干燥剂(帝都最近天气很闷,湿度大,没放一会儿就不脆了),当然你也可以统统放进嘴里!
