麻将杏仁豆腐
杏仁豆腐很喜欢的一道甜点,是清宫庭小吃之一,也可以做小凉碟,每次家里有客人的时候,我就会提前做好,每次都换不同的浇汁和造型,吃的时候都赞口不绝,是呢,我们这里除了我自己做这个,在饭店还没有发现这个的踪迹,我这可是独一份呢。在国庆佳节的时候来上这么一个像形甜点,是不是会被夸呢呵呵

Steps to make 麻将杏仁豆腐

  • 1.准备原料,因为这次要做的是麻将版的,所以可以适当增加琼脂的用量,好让其更好的脱模和在上面书画
  • 2.把琼脂泡软
  • 3.奶锅中倒入杏仁露一罐,半盒牛奶,一点糖,因为杏仁露本来就是甜的,所以糖一定要少加,糖溶化就可以加入泡软的琼脂了
  • 4.熬到琼脂溶化就可以啦,如果琼脂不能充分溶化也没有关系,因为待会我们还要过滤的
  • 5.熬好后立刻过滤。过筛2次就可以。过筛是为了让杏仁豆腐口感更细嫩
  • 6.然后分别倒入模具中,放凉后,套上保鲜袋,放入冰箱冷藏至凝固
  • 7.从冰箱拿出来以后,借助牙签脱模
  • 8.这是脱好模的杏仁豆腐
  • 9.然后把巧克力酱挤出适量放在小碟里,用牙签蘸取,在豆腐上描画即可
  • 10.然后再画好红色和绿色就可以啦。是不是很简单呢

  • 14.杏仁豆腐还可以做成各种味道的,这个就是浇的玫瑰酱和蜂蜜柚子茶加适量凉开水混合的汁,酸甜爽口,豆腐细腻滑润
